Emirates NBD celebrates graduation of young leaders

Emirates NBD, one of the largest banking groups in the Middle East, celebrated the graduation of its senior managers who successfully completed the Diploma in Business Leadership (DBL) program.

So far, over 50 Emirates NBD managers have successfully completed the program. This program comes as part of Emirates NBD's Leadership Development Strategy which aims to develop leaders at all levels of the bank. This ensures a leadership pipeline capable of ensuring the bank's organizational continuity and competitive edge.

The graduation ceremony was attended by H. E. Ahmed Humaid Al Tayer, Chairman, Emirates NBD, Mr. Rick Pudner, Chief Executive Officer, Emirates NBD, members of the senior management of the Bank and other dignitaries from Duke Corporate Education, The Coaches Training Insitute, as well as family members of the DBL Graduates

The DBL program is a professional diploma which was delivered in collaboration with strategic partners such as Duke Corporate Education, The Coaches Training Institute and U21 Global which are known for world class executive education. The 6 months program included rigorous training on the various aspects of the business including action learning projects, coaching and individual community leadership initiatives. The program was tailor designed to fit Emirates NBD's specific management needs.

Emirates NBD is at the forefront in developing their human resources and move the organization to the next level. The group has partnered with numerous educational and professional development institutions to further the development of its UAE National and expatriate staff.
