Viva introduces Viva Message Plus exclusive service

Viva continues to offer distinctive and exclusive services through its Value Added Services Campaign.

Today, customers are able to manage their SMS and MMS effectively and conveniently with the new Viva MESSAGE PLUS service. This service offers comprehensive control on personal messages—SMS or MMS—including barring, forwarding, back up and more.

Eng. Najeeb Al-Awadhi, Viva CEO, explained that Viva MESSAGE PLUS represents a contemporary technique for customers to enjoy new and exclusive features while communicating through SMS and MMS. Viva customers are now able to add their signatures to their text messages, back up their sent and received messages, and much more.

Al-Awadhi illustrated that using and managing this service is performed by entering a personal e-page.

Exclusive Features


Al-Awadhi stated that this new exclusive service is part of a plethora of enjoyable and simple applications, and provides all Viva customers added value in their mobile experience.
With Viva MESSAGE PLUS, customers are now able to add their Personal Signatures to their messages, a quick and convenient way to personalize their messages.

They are also able to Back Up their important sent and received messages as their messages will be stored online under their account to keep their phone clutter free.

To avoid missing important messages, Al-Awadhi added, especially when phone battery is low and when phone is away, the new service offers the SMS/MMS Forwarding feature, which secures the forwarding of the messages to another Viva number.

It also offers the SMS/MMS Barring feature, which enables the customers to keep junk and malicious messages out of their inbox and offers them flexibility to control the content on their phones.

In addition to the SMS / MMS Receipts which offers the ability to set the auto-send message contents.

The new service also offers customers the ability to create their own MMS and add their creative touches by uploading different media content and text notes.
