"This Award is a natural result of the strategies developed by RTA in the drive of excellence. It mounts to an official accreditation of the pioneer role of the RTA and emphasis made to quality in all aspects of services delivered. It culminates the tireless efforts made by the team of the new Call Center towards ensuring optimum utilization of transport infrastructure in the Center; which the RTA was keen to provide in the context of realizing its vision of providing Safe and Smooth Transport for All."
said Dr. Aysha.
She continued: "RTA is endeavouring to provide extensive customer services at its new Call Center at top quality standards, and the Award will be a good motivator to achieve excellent and creative results. The Call Center has been fitted with the latest technological systems to upgrade customer service level. This Center enables RTA to raise the bar of customer communication services to higher standards and achieve high customer satisfaction level."
Currently there are 65 RTA Customer Service Centers spanning all parts of the emirate of Dubai, including the Main Customer Service Center at Umm Ramool.
These centers deliver more than 150 different counter services in addition to Reception Desks, Suggestion & Complaints Customer Service Centers, and the Business Center offering typing and fax services to customers.
