As part of the event, the speakers demonstrated how new technology offerings and solutions based on IBM System x & BladeCenter family of servers can lower costs, manage risks and improve service levels to keep business ahead of competition.

Attendees were shown that they can dramatically reduce application, desktop and data center operation costs by using IBM x86 based servers and IBM storage solutions. The speakers also talked about the IBM Dynamic Infrastructure initiative and GBM can help organizations in this region build self-managing infrastructures that are cost effective and are as dynamic as today's businesses are.

Senior executives from Intel presented the company's latest Xeon technology while representatives from VMware talked about their latest virtualization solutions - all designed to reduce costs, simplify working environments and manage risks.

"Given that the IT industry is an ever growing sector, we are pleased to collaborate, once again, with our vendor partners to showcase our expertise in helping customers build the next generation infrastructures and provide them insights on how to take their businesses ahead of their competition."
