Delta Partners, Vox Spectrum Limited announce partnership

Vox Spectrum Limited is an international technology and telecom group of companies based in Dubai, and with offices in the US, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and India. The company is involved in the design, engineering, construction, installation and maintenance of a broad range of voice, data, video and wireless infrastructure solutions for clients worldwide.

Delta Partners and Vox Spectrum Limited will work together to further consolidate and expand Vox Spectrum Limited's existing presence in Middle East and India, focusing on the three core product lines: telecom engineering, software solutions and electronic products distribution.

The investment in Vox Spectrum Limited is the fifth completed by Delta Partners Mena Telecom Fund. In December last year, Delta Partners has also co-invested with the Abu Dhabi Investment Company (ADIC, recently rebranded to Invest AD) in the acquisition of Orasinvest from Orascom. In addition to previous investments Delta Partners also co-invested along with Virgin Group in Trivon AG, a provider of fixed wireless internet access in Russia.
