Abu Dhabi Motors staff visit the home of Rolls-Royce for advanced training
- United Arab Emirates: Sunday, June 28 - 2009 at 16:48
- PRESS RELEASE
In the leafy environs of Goodwood, England stands the headquarters of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, the home of the ultimate luxury Motor Car.
Most recently it was the destination for Zaher Ali and Dragana Dobricic, a Sales Executive and Rolls-Royce Consultant from Abu Dhabi Motors, who flew into the UK to undertake a week of intensive training as part of Rolls-Royce's global training programme.
As one of the world's most premium automotive brands Rolls-Royce invests heavily in the development of its sales, marketing-communications and brand managers across its entire dealer network.
The course is designed to refine the brand knowledge and customer relations skills of its global representatives to ensure they deliver the ultra-luxury experience that is synonymous with the brand.
Commenting on the training trip Arno Husselmann, General Manager of Abu Dhabi Motors said, "Abu Dhabi Motors believes strongly in regularly training and developing our staff to keep them up to date and constantly refresh their product knowledge. It is also vital to the growth of the company and satisfying our customers' needs. We are one of Rolls-Royce's top selling dealers globally and attribute that success in part to the employment and retention of our quality staff."
Kadhim Al Helli, Rolls-Royce Brand Manager for Abu Dhabi Motors was full of praise for his staff's endeavours, "Ali and Dobricic returned with greater product knowledge and confidence in their abilities to explain the detail and engineering sophistication of the Rolls-Royce models. Receiving the training onsite at the Goodwood plant really immersed the trainees in the brand."
"There they got to experience the A to Z of the Rolls-Royce operations and met with fellow representatives from across the Middle East with whom they shared new ideas and approaches to selling, manufacturing and craftsmanship. I'm proud they have also gained a vast insight into 'Bespoke' - all the different ways that customers can personalise their Rolls-Royces - which is very important for our market and highly discerning clientele," Al Helli added.
Abu Dhabi Motors will continue to send staff for training for Rolls-Royce, as well as its other brands, to ensure that staff can realise their potential and develop the knowledge and skills required to satisfy customers.
