Ajman Sewerage widens the scope of its services

In a step towards widening the scope of its services to reach the highest number possible of properties, Ajman Sewerage (Private) Company Limited (ASPCL) announced today the launch of an extensive campaign to connect more properties in the area it serves to the new sewerage system the company had set up.

Negotiations with specialized companies regarding the extension of connection points have reached their final phase and the contract will be awarded to the winning bidder within a period not exceeding two months. The project will be implemented in phases, within two years approximately.

Olivier Crasson, General Manager of ASPCL, said:
"Ajman Sewerage is committed to providing its customers with the best services and is constantly promoting the sanitary and civilized image of the Emirate of Ajman. This is why this campaign has been launched to enable more residential, commercial and industrial property owners to benefit from the sewerage network that covers the whole Emirate."


Furthermore, Ajman Sewerage has set up a modern and developed network in accordance with the highest standards. That will contribute in offering the residents of the Emirate of Ajman a healthy and clean environment as well as large quantities of treated water to be used for irrigation and more green spaces in the Emirate.

It is important to mention that Ajman Sewerage (Private) Company Limited was established in accordance with the Sewerage Law on the 1st of May 2002 by Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Ruler of Ajman.

This partnership between the Government of Ajman and prominent international experts from the private sector has contributed to the establishment of the first company of its kind and size in the region. Ajman Sewerage (Private) Company Limited will also build, operate and maintain the sewerage network for a period of 27.5 years.
