Jordan Commercial Bank to sponsor the annual ceremony for Palestine International Institution

Streaming to its significant role in supporting its community and in support of social, cultural, and scientific activities, Jordan Commercial Bank sponsored the annual ceremony for Palestine International Institution for Research and Services that was held on the 20th of June 2009 at Four Seasons Amman entitled "Palestine Night".

The ceremony included poetry reciting by the great Arab poet Ahmad Fuad Najim, and a group of Arab artists who sang the song entitled "Souls Kiss", the song's lyrics were written by Dr. Saleh Al Shadi, and composed by Dr. Ayman Tayseer, and performed by a number of Arab singers.

All of that came as a celebration of choosing Jerusalem to be the capital of the Arab Culture for the year 2009. Its worthy to mention that the revenue of this ceremony will be dedicated for " Mahmoud Darweesh Educational scholarship".

Jordan Commercial Bank spokes man expressed his happiness regarding sponsoring this event which represents the strong relations between the two brethren people of Jordan & Palestine.
