Japan's car exports to Middle East fall 73%

Japan's Automobile Manufacturers Association has said the country's vehicle exports to the Middle East in May had plunged 72.8% from a year earlier to 13,707 units, KUNA has reported. Japan's overall exports of cars, trucks and buses also sharply dropped 55.9% year-on-year to 233,217 units for the eighth straight month of decline, the association said in its monthly report.
