Marina West sign as Platinum Sponsor for BIPEX

Marina West, Bahrain's gated beachfront residential community located in the tranquil surroundings of the Kingdom's west coast, have confirmed Platinum Sponsorship in the sixth Bahrain International Property Exhibition (BIPEX 2009) which will be held from the 14th to 16th of October at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Mahmood Janahi, CEO of Marina West, Mr. Mohammed Khalil Alsayed, Chairman of BIPEX Organising Committee, Mr. Jameel K. Al Alawi, Director of Conferences - Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE), Mr. Rizwan Mumtaz, Chairman BIPEX Publicity Committee and Mr. Abdulnabi Shakeeb, Marketing Director of Marina West.

"BIPEX has become a proven showcase in the regional property calendar for a number of years. It capitalises on Bahrain's prime geographic positioning as a strategic events hub,"
stated Mr. Alsayed.

"It has been our pleasure to work with BIPEX on past events; this year we will be showcasing our prime Marina West development," said Mr. Janahi.

Under the patronage of H.E. Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister's Court Kingdom of Bahrain, BIPEX 2009, in its sixth edition, is regarded as a premium event.

BIPEX 2008 gathered 98 participants originating from the UK, Portugal, India, The Philippines, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan and Bahrain presenting urban development and infrastructural projects to a value of $50bn. Last years attendance broke previous records attracting 13,500 visitors.

BIPEX 2009 is viewed as a vital catalyst in the restoration of sentiment toward regional property markets in the Kingdom of Bahrain and its GCC neighbours, which as a predominantly tax free environments offer an increasingly opportune future for investment.
