Mr. Kaliaropoulos, who has a wealth of knowledge and experience gained over 25 years in the telecoms field, welcomed the group and shared some insights about the qualities needed to be successful in the workplace. He also spoke about the various types of leadership styles and personality traits that are necessary in order to achieve recognition as a leader.
"One of the key attributes of a great leader is the ability to lead by example, by being the first to do and try new things," said Mr. Kaliaropoulos.
"Leaders should also care for the people they manage, being concerned not only with big issues but also with small things,"
he added.
The Masters of Success programme is an ongoing programme at Batelco aimed at supporting staff and providing them with the best coaching on soft, technical and professional skills.
Also in attendance at the event were management and staff from Batelco's Enterprise & Government Division, Networks Department and Human Resources Department.
