Bahrozyan said:
"Adding Distinguished Number Plates of motorbikes to Distinguished Number Plates Auction is testament to the success of Distinguished Number Plates Auctions held by the emirate of Dubai long ago. The Auction witnessed heated competition particularly in the ranks of distinguished number plates for motorbikes; the first of its kind and an unprecedented step ever to be taken by a licensing body."

He mentioned that RTA offered 3, 4 and 5-digit distinguished number plates for both motorbikes and vehicles recently held in Al Mina Hall of Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai; which attracted considerable number of participants from the general public and businessmen. He stated that following the encouraging results of this successful experiment RTA would offer more distinguished number plates for motorbikes besides Distinguished Number Plates Auction for vehicles.

"The Distinguished Number Plates Auction has sustained the successes made in the previous rounds, which are held almost every month, in attracting participants from all community segments of various emirates. This prompts RTA to continue with the drive of renovating and developing the Auction in terms of procedures and diversity of numbers offered to meet the expectations of these peoples to own distinguished number plates," added Bahrozyan.

The Director of Vehicle Licensing Dep't at RTA Licensing Agency Mohammed Abdul Kareem Nemat praised the good organization of the 63rd Distinguished Number Plates Auction supervised by Distinguished Number Plates Team comprising Manager of Vehicle Number Plates Mohammed Saeed bin Darweesh, Senior Officer Suhail Mattar Ghurab and several officials and employees of the Agency. The Auction also received official media support, and a work team was established to attend to the requirements of the Auction in full," added the Director of Vehicle Licensing Dep't.
