Beginning this summer, the 18 month Barwa Media creative campaign is to be seen by millions of people. The Qatari Diar brand will be displayed inside and outside 200 of the famous London Taxi 'black cabs' as Qatari Diar promotes Qatar as a thriving hub for international investment. The Barwa Media advertising campaign includes,- Qatari Diar's full sponsorship of the Harrods Sale.

3.6 million passengers will come face-to-face with the campaign when travelling inside Qatari Diar taxi cabs in London.

Barwa Media will drive home the message that the State of Qatar is committed to diversifying its economy away from dependence on natural resources by encouraging the growth of private sector companies.

Barwa Media chose London taxis to promote Qatari Diar precisely because more than 60% of London taxi passengers are in the elite marketing category.

Hailing the big campaign, Barwa Media CEO Mohammed Bader AlSada commented:
"The majority of the elite category are investors, and they are exactly the type of high-end real estate buyers Qatari Diar seeks to attract via the promotions for its different and diverse projects especially in the UK. And also to promote the growing role of the company as one of the leading development companies in Qatar."

In addition, Barwa Media has achieved the accolade of being chosen to undertake the UK's most prominent summer advertising campaign - Qatari Diar's full sponsorship of the Harrods Sale!

Targeting more than 60 million people the advertising in-store Harrods/Qatari Diar will adorn windows, 150 digital screens, VIP Restaurants and Car Parks throughout the sale period which lasts from 27 June to 19 July.

Barwa Media has chosen Harrods to launch its campaign for Qatari Diar during the Harrods sales season in order to introduce the projects of Qatari Diar International to the large number of visitors, especially those projects based in the UK. This campaign will be witnessed by millions of UK residents and visitors from more than 130 countries.

Qatari Diar hopes to raise its profile in the high-end global real estate market with exclusive London properties such as Grosvenor Waterside and the iconic Shard of Glass close to London Bridge now under development.
