Because of the substantial traffic near the branch, the bank is now operating from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm, Saturday to Thursday. This branch caters to Al Shaheen Priority Banking clients in addition to the rest of the bank's customer base. This comes after a series of timing extensions in other in-mall branches with the aim of providing customers more convenience and greater flexibility.

Mr. Ahmed Al Marzouqi, Assistant General Manager Retail Distribution at Emirates NBD stated,

"We at Emirates NBD are consistently implementing ways to better serve our vast customer base in key areas. We believe that a large segment of our customers have long working hours and it is essential to provide them with accessible and effective services that coincide with their lifestyles. We have previously extended our working hours in various in-mall branches from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm and from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm, and we are now planning to apply this further to additional Emirates NBD branches across the UAE."

"This is one of the "branches of the future" which the bank has recently re-designed in order to make it more modern and stylish. We hope that the new working hours and modern ambience satisfy our valued customers and gives them sufficient convenience," added Al Marzouqi.

The full fledged Emirates Bank Jumeirah is one of the largest branches in the Jumeirah area. In addition to Al Shaheen priority banking section, the branch is serving the Retail Banking as well.

It facilitates account opening, closing and servicing, cards & loans product offerings as well as applying for or inquiring about credit cards and various loan options, cash & cheque withdrawals and deposits, investment advice and SME size banking services. In addition, the branch offers a 24 hour electronic banking area with Automated Teller Machines and Cash Deposit Machines.
