Mediterranean Smart Cards Company signs agreement with China Unionpay

Mediterranean Smart Cards Company (MSCC) recently signed an agreement with China Unionpay (CUP), the sole national bankcard association in China. The signing ceremony took place at the CUP premises in Shanghai, China.
