Barwa Property Management opens applications for Barwa Village residential and commercial units

Barwa Property Management has announced through the Barwa Village administration office that the start of the Barwa Village application process for all tenants living in the Mohamed Bin Jassim-Mushaireb area (All Phases) will take place between 5th and 29th July.

Barwa Property Client Services office welcomes reservation applications and enquiries at the company's Client Services Center located Al Owaina Building (8th Floor) behind Qatar National Museum from Sunday to Thursday (9 a.m. till 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. till 8 p.m.).

To apply to rent a Barwa Village commercial or residential unit, Mohamed Bin Jassim-Mushaireb residents must present the following verification documents at the Barwa Property Client Services Center:

1- Photocopy of ID card
2- Photocopy from CR
3- Photocopy from lease contract
4- Electricity & water bill
5- Certified Cheque for 2 months lease

The rental strategy adopted by Barwa Village Administration aims to provide alternative accommodation or commercial units for all tenants living in Mohamed Ben Jassim-Mushaireb (all phases) which is now under development. The QR1.5bn Barwa Village development embraces multi-use facilities featuring residential units for more than 1,500 occupants and commercial units for 13,000 visitors. Barwa Village is one of the mega real estate projects which Barwa is executing in Qatar. In addition, the 400,000 sq m project is considered one of the leading solutions offering residential and commercial solutions outside the city of Doha.

Barwa Village development is an integrated real estate project distinguished from any other project in Qatar. Barwa is giving priority to all tenants living in Mohamed Ben Jassim-Mushaireb area (all phases) which is being under development.

Barwa Village carefully balances the needs of tenants and residents in the surrounding area, as well as the various communities living in Qatar. More than 30% of Barwa Village is green space, designed to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. The project does not allow high-rise buildings, thereby reducing traffic congestion. The maximum height for residential buildings is Ground Floor, Mezzanine and First Floor, while civil buildings (school, nursery, club, administration building and mosque) are also ground plus two floors. Only the shopping mall, measuring ground plus three floors, will be taller.
