Sheraton Sharm Hotel, Resort, Villas & Spa has recently celebrated the launch of its new Indian restaurant Tamarind.
Tamarind has just opened to bring you a whole range of Indian dishes each having its own distinct regional influence and flavor. Taste coriander, cumin, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and many more spices, Chef Iswara declared that the secret is how to treat this mixture of spices properly in the cooking process.
Chef Iswara has his own strictly guarded recipes that makes extraordinary tandoori specialties like, to name but a few, tandoori khazana, achari jinga, lamb seekh kabab, out of the original charcoal clay oven tandoor.
The cuisine at Tamarind restaurant is serving up delectable dishes that are inspired by the traditional fine Indian dining with exquisite curries and mixed spices in a stylish, wonderful flavors and exotic delicacies; murg jalfrezi, lamb roganjosh or Tamarind signature dish Punjabi Butter chicken.
