Umniah unveils two new murals in cooperation with Zaha Cultural Center

Umniah - one of fastest growing telecom service provider in Jordan - announced the unveiling of two new murals in Sweileh.

The unveiling ceremony was attended by Princess Alia Al Tabba; Eng. Amer Al-Bashir, Amman Deputy Mayor, on behalf of the Mayor of Amman; Mr. Ihab Hinnawi, Umniah's CEO; Ms. Rania Al Sbeih, Head of Zaha Cultural Center; as well as a number of Umniah's employees and a group of the Center's employees.

The new murals adorn the 3rd and 4th of the five strategically-located walls that the company has chosen to decorate within Amman with the aim of enhancing the beauty of these distinct locations.

Umniah also recently unveiled two murals respectively located in Umm Al Aswad School in the Badr al-Jadidah district next to Mahes, and the Nadim Al-Malah School located in Al-Sina'a Street in Wadi Al-Seer district.

"Community participation programs such as the City Beautification initiative represent an ideal opportunity for public-private sector partnership, allowing both sides to work as one hand in contributing to the development of the local environment,"
commented Mr. Ihab Hinnawi, Umniah's CEO.

"It gives us great pleasure at Umniah to be able to cooperate with the Zaha Cultural Center and the Greater Amman Municipality within our community efforts, as both partners play an important role in developing our country and reflecting a positive image of it," he added.

It is worth noting that the unveiling of Umniah's murals is in accordance with the Greater Amman Municipality's (GAM) 'Amman Beatification' project which aims at strengthening the bond between children and their city, and is part of the GAM's ongoing project to revive and beautify the Capital's older districts.
