Memon Investments awards Dhs84.5m contract for 'Champions Tower IV'

The announcement follows the commencement of the tower's Raft works, with the main contractor committing to complete the project within a period of 22 months.

The agreement was signed by Rizwan Shaikhani, Joint Managing Director, Memon Investments; and Momen Yousuf Al Jassmy, Deputy Managing Director, Al Jassmy Contracting Co. LLC. Prior to the awarding of the main contract, the developer has awarded an Dhs1.8m contract to Stromek Emirates Foundation to undertake the shoring and excavation, while ETA MELCO has been chosen to install high-speed elevator within the tower.

Designed by Eng. Adnan Saffarini Office, 'Champions Tower IV' will house 266 units comprising of 114 studios, 133 one-bedroom and 19 two-bedroom apartments. The freehold residential tower will incorporate golf course, garden and canal views, a state-of-the-art surveillance and intercom system, basement parking, covered parking on the ground floor, 24-hour manned security and in-house maintenance, mood lighting, four high-speed elevators and valet parking services.

In addition, the tower will also offer luxurious amenities including a majestic marble lobby, a rooftop health club, communal swimming pool, party hall, outdoor terrace, rooftop juice bar, spa, steam, sauna, Jacuzzi, separate fitness gyms for men and women, concierge desk and a health club lounge.
