Both consortia had previously passed compliance and minimum technical and financial qualifications tests but were required to re-qualify, because of changes in their consortia membership from the original statements of qualification submitted in September 2008. Both consortia passed the re-qualifications tests.

At the public opening ADC's CEO, HE. Imad Fakhoury, presented details of the two highly reputable international consortia now bidding for this prestigious project.

ADC is currently carrying out compliance checks on the Mandatory Information submitted by the consortia and the results of this will be announced shortly.
