They have teamed up with My Property Cyprus and created this advertising initiative to showcase top developments through an intensive target marketing and promotional campaign utilizing new techniques in exposing Cyprus Real Estate to high net worth individuals throughout the Middle East.
The Dubai firm has created the business unit , Cyprus Property Exhibition Centre,CPEC, as its marketing platform.
According to Michael J. Tolan, CEO of World Class Group, "Marketing strategies must evolve through similar cooperative initiatives like the CPEC."
CPEC developed a consortium concept by leading developers into what would be normally a very costly marketing experiment and solved this by creating advertising partnerships, thus reducing the cost and providing a seamless solution for Developers.
The exhibitions will be held from mid August through September in Beirut's most exclusive hotel, for one month, capitalizing on the huge amount of Saudi and GCC wealth that will be vacationing during Ramadan, before moving to Dubai.
The Cyprus Property Exhibition Centre will promote property inspection trips to Cyprus to view potential investment opportunities during 6 week campaign options for developers to participate for 2 weeks or the full exhibition period are included in the advertising options available.
With the new law allowing Non-Europeans to purchase and receive permanent residency visa for their family, we believe many investors in the region will rediscover the opportunity that Cyprus presents as a golden gateway to Europe.
The Cyprus Property Exhibition Centre will tour Lebanon and Dubai starting 1st August for an intensive tour of the region, including Dubai.
