Travelling Connect expands its mobile footprint in Middle East

Travelling Connect, the service where frequent travellers can earn miles by making calls abroad, announced today that its members can earn miles or points when making calls in Kuwait on the mobile network of Wataniya Telecom.

When Travelling Connect's members make use of the Wataniya Telecom network, these members earn frequent flyer miles or frequent traveller points of any airline or hotel partner of Travelling Connect.

Marcel Wientjen, Managing Director of Travelling Connect, adds:
"This agreement with Wataniya Telecom means that we have realized now a very strong mobile footprint in the Middle East region covering countries like Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Sudan, Syria, and now also Kuwait."

Marcel Wientjen further added, "Travelling Connect expects to close additional agreements in and outside Middle East with mobile operators over the next three months, thereby substantially increasing the footprint of countries where frequent-flyer miles can be earned when making calls."
