He was previously the Head of Norwich Union's Personal Lines business in the Middle East (acquired by AXA in 2005) and prior to this worked for Norwich Union in the UK.
Presently the Regional Manager for RSA's Asia and Middle East multinational business, Seach joined RSA a year ago from the wholesale broking house Glencairn HRH, prior to which he spent nine years with AIG leading their Major Risks division in South Africa. In his new role Hayden will lead RSA's Commercial Lines business throughout the Middle East.
Commenting on the new management roles, Paul Holmes, CEO, RSA Middle East, said:
