The mood was filled with excitement as dozens of children created wonderful works of art and astounded hundreds of onlookers with their musical performances.
Batelco's Talent Show is being held as part of the Company's commitment to support culture and art in the local community. Dozens of children applied online in advance to participate in the show but Batelco is encouraging more children to come along and register at the mall.
During the 4-day event, a panel of judges, made up of artists and musicians, will be on hand to select the top works/performances from all categories. The winners will be announced and presented with prizes and trophies on the final day of the event, July 11th between 7pm and 8pm.
All participants will receive goody bags and certificates. An added bonus for participants is that all the artworks created during the event, whether they win a prize or not, will be used by Batelco in future campaigns for advertising flyers and Telephone Calling Cards.
Running alongside the Talent Show is lots of extra entertainment including a DJ and face-painting.
