Adnoc, Conoco ink $10bn gas deal

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) and US energy company ConocoPhillips have inked a final agreement to develop $10bn worth sour gas reserves in the Shah field. The project will be managed and operated under a new company. Adnoc will have 60% interest and a 40% for ConocoPhillips, upon completion of the project.
