Units are provided as shell and core for incoming tenants to fit-out to their own specification and branding. Premises are available in a variety of sizes, ranging from of 300m2 to 600m2, all at competitive rates.
Andrew Hinson, Senior Director, CB Richard Ellis Bahrain said:
"In our recent report, we were confident that demand for office space would remain relatively strong, especially with a number of multinational companies choosing Bahrain as their Middle East operations base. We continue to believe this to be true for the second half of the year and expect activity to pick up after the summer months, Ramadan and Eid. This leasing and marketing agreement is the third secured in recent months by the CB Richard Ellis Bahrain office, following appointments by Liquidity Management Centre and Mohammed Jawad Group and Al Tashani Holding Group. CB Richard Ellis is delighted to have secured another prominent contract and looks forward to a strong second half of the year."
CB Richard Ellis opened their first office in Bahrain in November as part of their broader regional expansion programme, with existing offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Globally the firm has over 300 offices in more than 50 countries, with more consultants advising more customers than any other property firm.
