The completed GII certificates were part of the Talent Management programme offered by OIC to their employees leading to the designation of Associate of the Gulf Insurance Institute (AGII), up to Fellow of the Gulf Insurance Institute (FGII) and through to the examinations of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Oman Insurance Company signed a two-year training services agreement with the GII to provide the insurance training under this programme.
