The programme offers meaningful educational activities that are conducted only during the summer months and help boost the learning process in children. The classes conveniently take place in the afternoon when children should engage in learning and development activities.
Dr. Eli Abi Rached, Director of Eton Institute commented
"Children learn best when they are having fun; by engaging children in an interactive and encouraging environment the programme aims at achieving just that. It inculcates a love for languages, arts & crafts, fitness and computers by making learning enjoyable."
Numerous studies have indicated that multi-skilled and multi-lingual children tend to have better overall analytical, social, and academic skills.
The summer kids' programme will cater to children from the ages of 4-16 years with tailor made courses to suit the needs of different age groups. The fun language activities will be available in six languages namely, English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Italian and German. With convenient afternoon timings, small group sizes and daily classes' parents can be assured that their kids are using their energy constructively.
In addition to learning a new language, kids can hone their artistic talent and discover their own 'style' by attending the arts & crafts classes on Sundays and Tuesdays. They may also participate in self-defence classes on Mondays and Wednesdays with a trained martial arts expert.
As places are limited, students are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis.
