Mindware opens its Riyadh office to accommodate regional growth

Aklaniat, Mindware's Saudi Arabian based branch, shall support the whole of the Kingdom including Jeddah, Riyadh and Damman as further proof of the growing market demands throughout the region.

With its headquarters and logistics hub in Dubai's Internet City, Mindware places great emphasis on closer relationships with its customers. "Our newly launched operation in Riyadh demonstrates our commitment to the region and our customers," said Ilias Moubarak, Mindware's Managing Director.

He added: "With our current reseller base of 850 throughout Saudi Arabia and a majority of the market potential untapped, the Kingdom represents a huge market within the GCC region and we felt the time was prime to have a strong presence there." Mindware's office opening in Lebanon in 2000 started the company's expansion plans with the Saudi Arabian presence continuing their growth.

With three dedicated product managers assigned to the Saudi Arabian operation, servicing brands as Cisco, Citrix and Intel, Mindware has ensured that it is capable to support clients on the ground in key reseller markets. With its distribution and sales networks strategically placed across the region to ensure a personalised service to all customers, Mindware now covers the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Lebanon, Jordon, Egypt, Cyprus and North Africa.

"Future expansion plans include Kuwait and Egypt," announced Moubarak. "With a steady annual growth in the Middle East and North Africa region for the last 10 years, we cannot deny the regional growth of the marketplace."
