SWISS announces change to Middle East schedule

SWISS International Air Lines, has announced a change to its Middle East schedule, with the cancellation of the Zurich-Abu Dhabi flight, with effect May 1, 2003.
"Our Dubai flight enjoys good customer demand and figures prominently in our Middle East network. SWISS' other Middle East routes to and from Switzerland - Riyadh, Jeddah, Muscat, Cairo, Karachi and Tehran remain unchanged. Due to the current circumstances, we are closely monitoring the developments in the region on a day to day basis. We continue to regard the Middle East as a significant market within our global network," added Rodel.
SWISS customers from Abu Dhabi will be offered complimentary transfer to and from Dubai airport, at no extra charge, whether flying on economy, business or first class published fares.
From May 1, 2003, passengers already booked on flights to and from Abu Dhabi will be offered seats on the Dubai flights. SWISS offers customers direct flights to destinations with good business and leisure potential.
