Moutran examined, all data and figures of the company performance in previous years, and talked about the exponential growth experienced by Memac Ogilvy over the past few years and his optimism towards the objectives that the company has set for itself with plans to extend geographical presence in the MENA region from 11 offices that currently cater to 15 markets.
Moutran evoked change, saying that it should not be carried out just for the sake of change, but that it must be implemented to keep up with the development and grow the business.
"Sustained innovation should be our approach to maintain and enhance the company's performance through these challenging times. We need to continue with creativity at work by developing new perspectives, generating new ideas and coming up with unique ways of doing things while offering the best communication solutions for our clients. This will lead us to add more to the success of our company which began its journey in Bahrain 25 years ago,"
highlighted Moutran.
He asked employees to work with enthusiasm and to think innovation, all in the context of team spirit in order to obtain positive results and strengthen the success of the company.
As part of its ongoing Employee Recognition Programme, the annual Red Breakfast event is also used as a platform to express admiration and gratitude to employees who have served the company well for a number of years. Hasan Haider, Ruba Moawad and Doha El Helou were given a token of appreciation by Moutran, who also presented them with a longevity certificate.
