Mobily becomes Rafal's main smart services provider

Mobily's CEO, Khalid Al Kaf and Rafal's CEO Majed Al Hogail signed the agreement.

According to the cooperation Agreement, Bayanat will provide smart telecommunications technologies and value added services. Bayanat will also design and build a fiber optics network in Riyadh's Blancyah suburb, through which IPTV, telecommunications wired and wireless broadband will be facilitated, as well as other value added smart services. As such, Bayanat will become the primary service provider in that residential community.

Additionally, Mobily will prepare a feasibility study for the most up-to-date telecommunications and smart services solutions for the Rafal Tower, which the real estate developer plans to build on the King Fahd Road north of Riyadh, and which is set to be one of the Saudi capital's major landmarks.

Eyas Al-Hajery, Bayanat's General Manager, said Rafal chose Bayanat as the provider of smart telecommunications services for its residential facilities because Rafal adopts the highest standards of quality in the design and construction of its facilities, to enhance modern conveniences for work and lifestyle.
