After being briefed on Rawabi's development by Bayti's Managing Director Bashar Masri and Bayti's senior management, Mr. Blair spoke with clear enthusiasm about the project's progress and committed his support in advancing its vision and its significant economic implications.

Mr. Blair also noted the exceptional historical significance of Rawabi as the first Palestinian city to be built in thousands of years.

Mr. Blair expressed his appreciation for the support of the Government of Qatar for its investment in Palestine, through Qatari Diar, which will result in massive job creation and will address the acute housing shortage problem facing young Palestinian families in the West Bank.
