Top real estate consultant Chris Thodos joins Juthoor

Chris Thodos will assist and lend his expertise to the nationally acclaimed Barr al Jissah Resort Company (BAJRC)'s prestigious residential development at the Barr Al Jissah Resort.

His appointment comes as the development of 71 luxury town houses and villas nears completion with the guidance and support of Juthoor Development Services.

Chris Thodos's industry and client experience includes: 600,000 sq. ft. of commercial and retail building space, over 15,000 acres of residential land development; design build and implementation firms; manufacturing and distribution corporations, local, state and federal government.

This includes 28 years of construction knowledge in building and development combined with 20 years of construction management balancing planning, design, logistics, operations, problem identification, conflict resolution and risk management with a proven track record of being on budget and on schedule.
