Al Bustan Rotana Dubai welcomes new Assistant Director of Human Resources

The management and staff of the Al Bustan Rotana Dubai are pleased to welcome Redwan Kabour, the hotel's new Assistant Director of Human Resources.

A true example of today's citizen of the world, Redwan is originally from Syria, was born in Abu Dhabi and holds an Argentinean passport, brought about by a Syrian father and an Argentinean mother. His career in the hospitality industry started in 2003 and he has worked for five star properties in Greece, Switzerland and in the UAE.

A natural people's person, his interest in Human Resources is inspired by his passion in dealing with people. Redwan believes that employees are highly important assets of any organization, bringing forth success provided they are well taken care of and their wants, needs and expectations are met, or exceeded if possible.

Commenting on his new appointment, he said:
"It is a pleasure to work at the Al Bustan Rotana Dubai. I see it as a new world of opportunity that awaits me and I could not be more delighted. I also have great confidence in Rotana Hotels & Resorts' expansion plans and my objective is to align Al Bustan Rotana's Human Resources initiatives with Rotana's long term vision.
