Nuqul Group partners with Relief International and inaugurates its community library in Kufr Awan Charity Organization

As part of its comprehensive community development initiative, Nuqul Group and in collaboration with Relief International - Schools online, recently inaugurated the community library in Kufr Awan Charity Organization.

The event brought together all stakeholders with official representatives from the District, Nuqul Group's team, the renowned NGO in the field of development and the main project implementer- Relief International as well as Nuqul Group's strategic partners Tkiyet Um Ali, and Shabakat Al Ordon.

With the objective of creating a welcoming space that will enhance community offerings for children and their families in literacy, knowledge improvement and activities, Nuqul Group's library was established as part of the Group's community development efforts in the District and will become a strategic location strengthening ties with the local community with tailored activities serving their needs.

Mr. Mahmoud Amaireh, President of Kufr Awan Charity Organization, welcomed guests and expressed his gratitude to Nuqul Group for establishing the library.

Mr. Amaireh said, "The residents of Al Koura truly appreciate Nuqul Group's constant work to develop the District through different projects. The Library will definitely serve as a hub for all future activities in the area."

On this occasion, Mr. Ghassan Nuqul, Vice Chairman of Nuqul Group, said:
"Today, we witness a tangible achievement adding value to our community development efforts; through a well studied approach and careful selection we partnered with Relief International to implement an impactful project. Nuqul Group will continue to pursue its mission to create sustainable developmental impact in the District with long term imprint and benefits."


Mr. Ghassan added, "We believe our partnership formula is proving to be a powerful model and as long as we meet community needs with full empowerment then this is a true measure of success in the area."

On this occasion, Engineer Gaby Hallak- Vice representative of Relief Jordan, commended this initiative and confirmed the importance of partnership and cooperative efforts between the private sector and civil community in enhancing the role of local communities by empowering them to ensure sustainable development with successful achievement of goals and improved services.

The inauguration was followed by a reception and a tour of the library with live testimonials from local beneficiaries.

Nuqul Group's Corporate Social Responsibility involves the adoption of the local community in Al Koura through several programs to include feeding, empowerment and employment projects. Nuqul Group joins hands with national and local NGO's to further enhance its role and increase positive impact in the area.
