Al Rayan appoints new Chairman and CEO

Al Falasi holds a master's degree in business administration and commands now a number of positions in the UAE, including the Ministry of Civil Service, Chairman and Member of different temporary committees at the Private Dept of H.H. Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, a member of the Board of Directors of the Commercial Bank International PSC, a member of the Board of Directors of Royal Group and CEO of Hydra Properties.

Al Rayan also appointed his Excellency Ali M. Al-Mansoori (C.F.A), a new CEO for the company. Al Mansoori holds a business administration degree from the United States and is member of the U.S society of financial analysts.

Mr. Al Mansoori worked for ADIA for 18 years where he was the portfolio manager of the U.S healthcare, Airline, energy and Auto active Portfolio. Also, Mr. Al Mansoori worked a portfolio manager for the U.S External Department and the European External Department for many years at ADIA.

Al Mansoori commands several positions in various business sectors in the UAE, including the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Enjaz Mina, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Morganti JV, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Essdar Capital and board member in several companies including Abu Dhabi Holding, PIVOT and others.
