In line with this commitment, Batelco recently took part in the Young Arab Leaders (YAL) Youth Round Table Career Day which took place at Shaikh Isa Bin Khalifa Educational Centre. The one-day event provided the opportunity for 150 University students, which had been pre-selected based on their outstanding academic achievements, to meet with representatives of Bahrain's top companies.
The Batelco representatives, Recruitment & Talent Specialist Ghazi Al Halwatchi and Public Relations Specialist Atifa Rajab, explained the type of roles available at Batelco and the qualifications required to attain these positions.
Shaikh Ahmed confirmed that enhancing the education of the Kingdom's future industry leaders forms an important part of Batelco's annual financial commitment.
Batelco supports a number of educational projects in the Kingdom including the Crown Prince's Scholarship Fund and King Hamad's Schools' of the Future Project.
