"Digital design plays an important role in looking for new visual options, as consumers and designers alike move towards digitally customizing their flooring. Computers allow innovative textures and shapes to be designed, a new form of aesthetic that cannot be created through traditional techniques," said Erno Nemeth of German floor manufacturer, Parador.

Recent trends have shown an increased individualization in interior and furniture design. Innovative printing of surfaces and components is becoming more popular in the Middle East. Leading sources say that manufacturers with digital production technology will play a key role in this growing trend.

According to Ajai Kumar Dayal, General Manager for Retail and Marketing at Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group:
"Dubai is a multi-ethnic society with diverse needs and large disposable income. Digital creativity and individualization is being emphasized in all of the latest flooring fashion, and with Parador's designer laminate flooring, we can offer personalized flooring solutions catering to the evolving needs of our clientele."

Parador, in association with Dubai's leading office supply store, Ofis, presents customers and creatives with individual, tailored solutions for customizing their own laminate floors. Consumers can express their originality through unique graphic decors.

"As a designer, I am always searching for inventive ways to express creativity and originality. Parador's digital flooring design options provide me with a multitude of methods to achieve the exact look that I want every time," said Nylisha Cherian, Designer, KCA International.

The digital design concept has become exceedingly popular with designers and architects because of its flexible design features, quality, and durability.

Neil Andrew, Senior Designer, RMJM, commented: "The new laminate flooring concept definitely provides more room for creativity and imagination in floor designing. Furthermore, the high density fibre used allows it to endure high traffic levels, making it viable for any project."

In addition to graphic solutions for floor design, Parador's product offering includes three main types of flooring: Solid wood, Engineered wood and Laminate flooring. Laminate flooring is the region's top selling product for both commercial and domestic use.

In partnership with Parador, Ofis has executed several major flooring projects in the UAE, including all Q Home and Life Style Stores, Oasis Center, all Al Hilal Bank branches, IBIS & Ramada Hotels to name a few.

Various designs and patterns of Parador Flooring are available on display at the New Ofis Flagship showroom on Umm Hureir, near the Maktoum Bridge. With so many options and choices, Parador Flooring promises to bring the world to your feet, literally!
