The Sell and Win Incentive Program was created to reward floor sales staff of their outstanding performance in driving sales growth of Toshiba.

The Sell and Win incentive program provides several opportunities for the floor sales staff to earn rewards and win exciting prizes. The Toshiba incentive scheme has been running in the UAE for three consecutive phases.

Santosh Varghese, Regional General Manager, Computer Systems Division, says:
"Toshiba takes account of the outstanding performance and effort exerted by floor sales staff to sell Toshiba notebooks. The Sell and Win Incentive Program allows us to show value and commendation to the very core people driving growth to our brand."

"This incentive scheme is tied directly into sales, so its measurability will be a key component of our marketing implementation strategy. A motivated sales force is of course great news for our channel partners. With satisfied consumers buying our innovative products, sales staff also reap the rewards. Sales growth is the goal for everyone," furthered Mr. Varghese.

The Toshiba Sell & Win incentive program has been running since its inception in July last year.

Winners of the staff incentive program who was Aslam Bin Mohammed Jaidi of Carrefour the second sales staff to win the grand prize stated that "it feels great winning with Toshiba. I feel that I have been rewarded for all my hard work."
