4Spots, a leading web design and development company, has been operating for over four years and has developed award winning websites for a wide range of prestigious companies in Bahrain including, MenaTelecom, Bahrain Islamic Bank, and National Commercial Bank.

Upon completion, First Bahrain's warehousing project will be the first of its kind in Bahrain to offer an interactive and user-friendly website with integrated online procurement and billing systems, enabling tenants to manage their warehouse space and arrange for maintenance or shipping service in a timely and convenient manner. In addition to offering secure and cost effective storage solutions, the development will provide a boutique business centre, premium facility management services and other value-added services. These services will elevate the standard for other warehousing and logistic projects and stimulate the growth of the SME sector in Bahrain.

Daniel Taylor, Head of Operations for First Bahrain, commented:
"The development of our website by the excellent team at 4Spots takes us a step closer to the completion of our pioneering project. Our goal is to stimulate growth in the SME sector and the website will play a key role in the support structure we are creating. Tenants will, on moving in, be able to conduct business in a more convenient and more efficient manner. We look forward to working with 4Spots to distinguish and differentiate our real estate developments."

Srusti Ranjan, Founding Partner and COO of 4Spots, commented:
Our relationship with First Bahrain gives us the opportunity to work with yet another leading regional organisation. We are pleased to be partnering with a company that is committed to bringing new insight to the local market, while stimulating the growth in the exciting SME sector. We aim to provide innovative and simple solutions that help solve the real business needs of our clients, ensuring that they gain the maximum benefit from the technology. Such considered solutions will deliver greater return on investment and shareholder value."

The website is due to go live in October, to coincide with the launch of the first phase of the project by the end of 2009. Tenants are schedule to be ready to occupy the facility from January 2010.
