Recognising the incredible functionality and flexibility of the product range HSCS's client ordered several Psion solutions from HSCS, with delivery of the products due on the 4th of July 2009. However due to freight lead times, it seemed likely that the delivery deadline would not be met.
Committed to excellent customer service, HSCS' Philippe Lorenzi left immediately for Houston, North America, from Saudi Arabia to pick up the essential units in order for the Psion solution to go live on 22nd of June. He returned on the 25th June with the products - thereby ensuring the client received their order in full, and on time.
