The first is located at the Department of Private Properties and the second at the new Municipality office in Al Hamidiya area.

With this opening, the company now operates a total of five customer service centers distributed across the Emirate. In addition to the two centers, the customer service network includes three other centers.

The first is the main customer service center in Al Zahra Building, behind the Ruler's Court, the second at the Municipality and Planning Department in Al Bustan area and the third is located at the Land and Property Department. The main customer service center opens 12 hours/day, 6 days/week.

Olivier Crasson, General Manager of Ajman Sewerage, said:

"We are committed to being close to all residents of the Emirate and to providing them with all necessary services and facilities to enable them to communicate with the company easily. This step comes in line with our strategy that focuses on customers, because we consider them as partners in promoting the sanitary and civilized image of the Emirate of Ajman"

At the same time, and as a part of enhancing the payment network, the company is currently discussing other possible options and methods of payment with a number of banks such as Ajman Bank and many other establishments such as Emirates Post and Al Ansari Exchange.

The sewerage network within the area served by the company has been finalized and includes 9636 land plots and 81079 residential, commercial and industrial units that benefit from the sewerage system.

The treatment plant is capable of treating, according to high standards, 50,000 cubic meters of waste water on daily basis. Starting recently, the treated water is being stored in special tankers until the irrigation network fully developed to make use of this huge volume of treated water for adding green landscapes to the Emirate.

Ajman Sewerage Private Company Limited is currently adding the final touches to its strategic plan to identify the requirements of sewerage services and networks in other areas of the Emirate which are still not connected to the sewerage network. The Company confirmed that this strategy comes in the framework of the structural planning adopted by the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department 2030.

It is noteworthy to mention that the queue system at Ajman Sewerage gives priority to UAE Nationals, ladies and people with special needs.

It is important to mention that Ajman Sewerage (Private) Company Limited was established in accordance with the Sewerage Law on the 1st of May 2002 by Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Ruler of Ajman. This partnership between the Government of Ajman and prominent international experts from the private sector has contributed to the establishment of the first company of its kind and size in the region. Ajman Sewerage (Private) Company Limited will also build, operate and maintain the sewerage network for a period of 27.5 years.
