Noor International Holding and TAS Middle East sign MOU for strategic partnership

Noor International Holding Real Estate Development and TAS Middle East, a market leader in design, engineering manufacture, erection, installation and service of packaged air conditioning plants, district cooling and heating installation, turbine inlet cooling installation, have recently announced the cementing of their strategic relationship through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

Noor International together with TAS, are contemplating to enter into one or more specific project agreements, whereby TAS will be the preferred partner for Noor International.

This includes making use of TAS's leadership in the aforementioned product categories to develop business propositions and tools for, and together with, Noor International.

The parties currently envision that such strategic cooperation will initially and primarily focus on design and installation of district cooling and heating plants for developments, and depending on the nature of the project.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Dr. Mohammad Saleh, Chairman of Noor International Holding and Mr. Xavier M. Farrington, Managing Director of TSA Middle East LLC.
