This unique project aims to maintain the theme of Mirdif City Centre's community appeal and will cater for every age and interest from adventure seekers and gaming enthusiasts to more relaxed activities.
Attractions will include iFLY Dubai, an indoor sky diving centre, Cite Des Enfants, a children's edutainment centre and Soccer Circus, a fully interactive football attraction. Magic Planet, the Majid Al Futtaim Leisure family entertainment centre, will be opening its latest outlet at the centre, its 10th in the region.
Yousif Al Ali, Vice President of Mirdif City Centre says the handover is not only the start of a great entertainment project, but also a milestone in the run up to the mall's opening in the first quarter of 2010.
"Delivering the entire unit at one time is an achievement for us and plays a pivotal role to ensure a timely opening. We are introducing several new entertainment concepts at Mirdif City Centre and believe it will be one of the key differentiation points for the consumer. The Centre will be associated with not just shopping but a whole lot of fun too."
Craig Hart, Vice President of Majid Al Futtaim Leisure said "Work on all of our concepts at Mirdif City Centre will start simultaneously with fit outs and equipment installation schedules integrated for completion in line with the mall's opening. Through the new concepts at the centre, we wanted to provide our visitors with unique and diverse forms of both entertainment and education that are not available elsewhere in the emirate."
