The HRIS is a multi-company, multi-user and bilingual web based human resources information system that will allow UMC to improve HR efficiency and be a flexible platform for sustainable growth of the organization leveraging HR best practises. The HRIS has a central database and it integrates with financial and time-attendance information systems.
