During the exhibition, E-Vision revealed plans to introduce a successfully tested new Broadband Wireless Access Technology that will help its cable network cover all areas in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Al Ain in the second quarter of this year. It also announced that Al Shamil Cable high speed Internet would be introduced soon in coordination with Emirates Internet and Multimedia (EIM) and that E-Vision subscribers will soon be able to use Etisalat pre-paid calling cards to access eView, E-Vision's pay per view service.
E-Vision gives away prizes at Gemex
E-Vision customers who visited the company's stand at the Global Entertainment and Media Exhibition (Gemex) that was held in Dubai last month, had the chance to walk away with TV sets and mobile phones.
