The presentation is part of the Company's annual Industrial Training programme for Bahraini interns, which takes place through July and August. Through the programme, students gain on-the-job training with Bapco in disciplines related to their university degree course.

At the event, Bapco Manager, Training & Development Department Ahmed Tahery gave a presentation to the students on career opportunities for different specialisations. Meanwhile, Acting Superintendent for Training Services Khatoon Yousif Al-Ansari gave a speech about interview techniques and tips.

Bapco provides industrial and life skills training to almost 300 Bahraini students annually as part of its efforts to promote the ongoing education and career development of Bahraini talent. Each student receives a monthly salary of BD150 for the duration of the programme.

The Industrial Training programme was launched in the early 1980s and forms an integral part of the Company's commitment to social development in the Kingdom.
