The project comprises villas extending over an area of 18000 mē. It encompasses the following facilities and amenities: located 12 kilometers from Beirut Down Town area, and 2 km from the commercial district of Aley, with roads lighting, squares and gardens, secure parking for all villas, wall surrounding the villas equipped with surveillance cameras and smart tools, a swimming pool and a garden for each villa, a health club, sauna and games for children and a diwaniya.
The contract was signed in Beirut by Mr. Mohammad Saadeh, General Manager of Homes Xpress and Mr. Nasib Melhem, Mr. Hasib Melhem, Mr. Rafic El Jerdi and Mr. Masoun Al Maliki, the project owners.
