Egyptair sponsors 'Let's Play Golf in Egypt'

In its continuous efforts in sponsoring the local and international sport events and in its continuous encouragement for the Egyptian tourism, Egyptair has sponsored the sportive event "Let's Play Golf in Egypt" event.
In a clear sign of welcoming, Egyptair has offered the team a number of giveaways and souvenirs which were awaiting them in the hotel; in addition, a number of officials has accompanied them in a visit to the Pyramids in order to magnify the awareness about these sites, and they will carry on their journey with going to other touristic places in Egypt.
With the assistance of the Egyptian tourism office in China, Egyptair will provide the air tickets.
The event's significance lays in that China embraces a large number of golf players, what will encourage the Chinese teams to play golf in Egypt.
Eventually, this effective step which Egyptair has taken is considered as a crystallization of its efforts exerted in its track of sponsoring the most significant sport and touristic events in Egypt.
Sherif Galal, Chairman and CEO of Egyptair Airlines stated, "The Chinese market is very important to Egyptair and to the Egyptian tourism, we have scheduled 4 non-stop weekly flights to meet the demands in this market. We always coordinate with the Egyptian Tourism Authority to create attractive product to our customers."
